TEACHING PROFILE & DANCE PROJECTION 

Interact put the emphasis on musical interpretation, improvisation and somatic experiences thru music (mainly rhythm) . Primarilyin the context of interpersonal dance-interactions in social dancing & in performance (dancer <-> public). 

Our focus & competence lays within danceforms from the African diaspora, foremost house dance, salsa & cuban popular dances. And also a general interest in all street dances.

INTERACT-> MOVES & KEEPS UP WITH THE TIMES 

Dance & dance didactics are filled with traditions, and with today's information flow and communication possibilities we can exchange ideas and interconnect traditions and knowledge. If we can discuss dance & didactic traditions in a norm creative open way we could maybe also agree to leave some of the outdated, unhealthy and ineffective traditions behind us. All thought old knowledge and tradition do not always have a last date. We need to see the value in tradition too. One way to continue the journey could be taking tradition and expanding it and connecting it to contemporary times, society and dance. With a norm creative mindset, we can take different didactical and cultural approaches and fusion them to create more didactical options to reach and include every student .
